Exchange policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 5 days to send it back to us. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Unused Product Exchange: If you wish to change a product that has not been used and is in its original condition, you can do so within a period of up to 5 days from the delivery date. Please note that the shipping costs associated with the exchange will be covered by the customer.

We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. It is important that the product to be exchanged is returned in perfect conditions, with original tags and packaging.

Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of some of our products, we do not accept exchanges for items that have been specifically modified for you in design or dimensions.
