Shipment information
We will deliver your parcel within 10 to 15 business days, excluding customs processing times. Please note that each piece is meticulously handmade in our atelier, which may extend the dispatch time slightly—especially during high season. MUZALUCI is not responsible for any additional delays that may occur while your parcel is held at Customs.
Your order is shipped from the MUZALUCI headquarters and warehouse in Bogotá, Colombia.
We offer Standard Home Delivery at US$25, with free shipping on orders over US$200.
